We REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please give a minimum of 48 hours notice. If canceling after the 48 hours your card will be charged 50% of the appointment. If canceling the day of your appointment, unless an emergency your card will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
If you are running behind for your scheduled appointment, please notify us. We can usually accommodate a 15 minute window, at the stylists discretion. After 15 minutes it is typically necessary to reschedule.
Should we ever fall short of meeting your expectations, please notify us immediately! We always aim to please. Any adjustments to services need to be within 48 hours of the original appointment.
